MACAE Privacy Policy
- We limit the collection of information about our members to
what we need to know to manage their membership, to provide service,
to communicate MACAE information, and to satisfy any legal and
regulatory requirements.
- Our organization will give members the option of opting out
of sharing information about our members that may be used by partner
organizations to provide information or services. MACAE will continue
to send our members information relating to services available
to them.
- We will respond in a timely manner to members’ requests
or questions.
- We limit access to member information to only those MACAE staff
who need it to conduct MACAE responsibilities and to meet our
membership servicing measures. MACAE will protect the confidentiality
and security of our members’ information.
- MACAE requires any organizations with whom we work to agree
to keep our member information confidential and secure, protect
the information against unauthorized access or use by the partnering
organization, and limit use of the information to the purposes
for which it was provided.
