Change is a learning process, and learning is a change process. This conference will address the question of how adult education can assist those who are undergoing change and how lifelong learning can impact their lives.

ü  Exchange experiences and innovative approaches to adult education with learners, instructors, and administrators.

ü  Identify and select books/resources for learning more about change and adult learning and education.

ü  Renew your MACAE membership for 2006 or become a new MACAE member.

Pre-conference Issues Forum: Tastefully Exploring MACAE

In the context of tasting cheese and hors d’oeuvres, explore the future of MACAE and brainstorm new directions.

Getting to the University of St. Thomas, Murray-Herrick Center2115 Summit Avenue, St. Paul, MN

From St. Paul take I-94 west and from Minneapolis take I-94 east to the Cretin-Vandalia exit. Go south on Cretin Avenue about one mile. You will see the University of St. Thomas campus on your left.  Turn left in Parking Lot H, just past Mississippi River Boulevard and before Summit Avenue. Follow the signs to the visitors parking ramp. There is limited on-street parking around the campus. Parking. You may park in the parking ramp on Thursday evening for $3.50.
